A travel agency runs on WhatsApp threads, a shared spreadsheet and someone's memory. Every ticket, passport and invoice gets retyped by hand, and the passport that expired last month only surfaces at check-in. Erandir replaces that with one record per client — and an AI agent that reads whatever you forward it. Drop a passport photo, a boarding pass, a supplier invoice or a payment screenshot into the chat and it files itself: the right client, the right order, the right trip, the right money. Back-office work, not selling, is what caps a small travel agency. Client details live in chats, bookings live in a spreadsheet, passports live in a phone gallery, and money lives in the owner's head. Every booking is typed twice — once by the airline, once by the agent copying it across. A ten-passenger group means ten passports transcribed by hand, each a chance to fat-finger a document number that fails at the gate. Nothing watches the dates, so expired passports, unpaid balances and check-ins are caught by luck. Generic CRMs don't help: they have no concept of an order made of flight legs, no place for a passport, and no idea that a рахунок from a tour operator is a cost while the figure typed beside a ticket is a price.
Built a full agency back office where the AI is the primary input method, not a bolt-on chat. One agent — 26 tools over the real domain model — runs identically in the web app and in a Telegram bot, so an agent standing at a desk or holding a phone gets the same thing. It classifies whatever arrives: passports are read and filed to the person, tickets and boarding passes become journey legs on the right order, supplier invoices are read for their total and booked as cost, payment screenshots are booked as money that already moved, and anything else worth remembering becomes a dated note on the client with the file attached. Batches are parsed in parallel, so a group's whole document drop lands in one round trip instead of one file at a time. Around that sits the structure the AI writes into: clients with passports and note feeds, orders with travelers and multi-leg trips, counterparties, and per-order finance (billed, cost, paid, outstanding) with monthly totals visible to the owner only. Reminders for passport expiry, birthdays and check-ins reach the agent by push and Telegram before the client asks. Every agency's data sits in its own isolated space, documents are encrypted with short-lived presigned downloads and an audit trail, and on-prem deployment is available for agencies that need it.
