Quoting is the bottleneck between a lead and a booking. Every client request means switching between 3–4 provider portals, running hotel searches, comparing occupancy pricing and meal plans, checking availability, and drafting a response — 30–45 minutes of work, repeated 30–50 times a day. Most of that effort produces zero revenue because the client goes with whoever answered first. Hiring more agents scales linearly and expensively, and off-the-shelf tools don't plug into the specific suppliers, languages and pricing rules each agency runs on.
Built a custom AI quoting agent that lives inside each agency's existing stack. An operator dashboard lets agents paste any request — structured or freeform — and the agent extracts destination, dates, travelers, budget and preferences on its own, queries the agency's own supplier APIs in parallel for live availability and pricing, ranks matches, and returns a polished, ready-to-send reply in the agency's language and tone in under a minute. Edge cases (child occupancy, vague briefs, price gaps) are flagged for review instead of silently mis-quoted. Per-agency isolated environments keep supplier credentials and client data fully private. Agencies now handle 10× the quotes with the same team — and clients get answers before competitors even open the email.
